Craig Olson heads up the construction management department—he oversees the design and construction teams for projects including maintenance, capital improvements and ground-up construction. Craig has a deep background in construction management: Over a 30-year career he’s owned a construction and development company; studied civil engineering, architecture and design; and managed hundreds of construction projects for NAI Elliott. He applies his multifaceted expertise to customize each project team, then adds his own meticulous oversight and thoughtful management to make sure property enhancements adhere to long-range client goals. Craig joined NAI Elliott in 2004, and he has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Portland State University.
