Doug Hallander oversees the financial accounting at NAI Elliott with a focus on budgeting and expense recovery. With a meticulous eye to planning annual budgets and annual expense reconciliations, Doug helps property managers keep their clients well informed about the financial performance of their properties. Doug is passionate about budget accuracy and works to create systems that will be easy for others to use over time. With more than 30 years in the business, Doug has developed expertise in property management and corporate accounting and management. He joined NAI Elliott in 1988. Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
