Jordan Elliott oversees the development and implementation of the company’s business plan, company culture and employee relationships, and the day-to-day operations. He also serves as the main contact for NAI Global, a rich network of 375 independent real estate firms and 6,700 market experts. Jordan believes a crucial part of his role is to serve employees, clients and the community, and that the best work is accomplished through collaboration. The son of company founders Louis and Marna Elliott, Jordan grew up with NAI Elliott and joined the company in 2016. He brings 15 years of experience as an educator and administrator, with accompanying expertise in leadership and strategic planning. Jordan became a high school principal at the young age of 27. He has a bachelor’s degree in religion from Colorado College, and a master’s in educational leadership from Columbia University.
