Ashton began his career sampling different CRE environments, first working as an analyst for two larger firms and then moving to a pair of boutique agencies. Along the way he networked with many influential professionals, including NAI Elliott’s Jordan Elliott and Cap Berri. After amassing experience, connections and successful transactions in previous positions, he recognized retail investment as an area he could specialize in–and create a valuable resource for NAI Elliott clients on either side of a deal. He brings a laser focus on retail investment projects, touching every step of a transaction for sellers and buyers. His upbringing in a working-class family has also laid the foundation of hard work and instilled a demand for perfection. He prides himself on active listening and attention to detail, delivering only the best outcomes for his clients. All his previous work has positioned him perfectly to come aboard and establish NAI Elliott as a dominant local brokerage house.
