Insurance Compliance Requirements

Base requirements

  • Certificates of Insurance must be sent to our insurance management system prior to initiating service work and stay up-to-date. 
  • Our insurance compliance management company may also send you a direct request. 
  • Current and renewed insurance compliance is expected and required of NAI Elliott vendor partners. 
  • Capacity to add additional insured to policy accommodating property ownership and their respective insurance agents.
  • If servicing 1-2 properties only, ownership and NAI Elliott may be requested to be added to vendor's policy as additional insured by name.
  • Multiple property contracts may necessitate a blanket endorsement.

Other requirements for service agreements and projects over $5,000

  • Signed contract with NAI Elliott is required
  • Lien release is required
