Her career has spanned military intelligence, healthcare, enterprise software, and entrepreneurship, giving her an instinct for spotting where real value lives and where organizational complexity quietly erodes it. Earlier in her career she served as an Intelligence Analyst with the U.S. Air Force, an experience that forged her ability to synthesize ambiguous information and make clear, high-stakes decisions. This set the foundation for her current work advising multiple stakeholders on strategic product development and alignment across functions within a publicly-traded technology company.

Chloe holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Concordia University Portland.
