Duane Nishida leads the property accounting department of NAI Elliott, managing a portfolio of more than 100 properties and over 1,000 tenant spaces. Through meticulous and timely reporting and analysis, Duane helps clients understand property performance and measure their success. In a deadline-driven industry, he believes it’s essential to be calm and reliable, and to do the best possible job on behalf of clients. Duane started with NAI Elliott in 2001 as a Portfolio Accountant, and has worked as a lease administrator and property controller. His 30 years in Portland’s commercial real estate industry have given him an unparalleled understanding of the regional marketplace. Duane earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Oregon State University, with post-baccalaureate study in accounting at Portland State University.
