Kris Hobson Vogt represents landlords and tenants across retail, office, restaurant, and flex properties throughout the Portland metropolitan area. She works closely with ownership groups as a local representative, supporting leasing strategy, asset positioning, and long‑term value creation. 

A Portland native, Kris brings a deep commitment to the city she calls home. Her work is rooted in supporting the independent businesses and property owners who contribute to Portland's character and long‑term vitality, and she approaches each assignment with a strong sense of place and partnership. 

Kris's background includes project management roles with global brands and high‑end design firms, followed by nearly a decade owning and operating a production company in Los Angeles. That experience informs her approach to commercial real estate today-practical, creative, and grounded in a clear understanding of how businesses operate day to day. 

 Kris is a CREW Portland member and serves on the Marketing Committee, both since 2025. She is also currently participating in the Future Leaders program.
