Leanne Menashe oversees the property, facilities and construction management departments at NAI Elliott, and facilitates coordination with the leasing and accounting teams within the company. From an executive perspective sharpened by 30 years in the business, she ensures the company’s systems and services are optimized to best serve client needs. Leanne believes in supporting her teams with a can-do attitude through training, guidance and advice. She often discovers that the answer to one small problem can become a company-wide solution. With NAI Elliott since 1990, Leanne has been an integral part of the company’s growth and development. Her longevity speaks to the integrity of the firm and the trust it inspires in staff and clients. Leanne has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Oregon.
