Nick Ostroff has been with NAI Elliott since 2012, bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. As a broker, he focuses on the acquisition and sale of investment properties, including commercial and multi-family assets. Nick also supports clients through leasing transactions, working closely with investors, owners, occupants, and developers to meet a wide range of real estate objectives.

Throughout his career, Nick has been involved in over $225 million in commercial real estate sales. His transaction history includes everything from large industrial acreage and development land to retail centers, apartment complexes and industrial buildings.

Prior to joining NAI Elliott, Nick worked with Realty Trust Group, Inc. and held previous roles at Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group Inc. and Western Equities. He has earned multiple top-producing agent awards over the years, a testament to his consistent performance and strong client relationships.
