Rawley Winstead elected 2021 VP of Communications for IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter

Congratulations to Rawley Winstead, CPM®. He joins an elite group of his peers on the Executive Council for IREM Oregon -Columbia River Chapter as their 2021 VP of Communications. IREM has over 20,000 members and provides courses and tools to help property and asset managers best serve their clients.
