We are proud to announce that Rawley Winstead, a Real Estate Manager at NAI Elliott, has received his CPM® designation and has been named to the IREM® 30 under 30 list.
The CPM® designation is awarded to experienced property managers who have completed eight CPM® certification courses, completed two capstone assessments, and have met the graduation candidate file requirements. This rigorous program gives property managers the ability to maximize property values and a broad knowledgebase that prepares them for a variety of portfolio types.
The IREM® 30 under 30 list is an elite annual group of real estate professionals recognized for their impacts on both their industry and local community. They show tremendous leadership skills and an innovative approach to their work.
On the two honors, Rawley said, “I feel very privileged to receive my CPM® designation and to also be recognized as part of this year’s 30 Under 30 list, a diverse group of highly skilled individuals who are pushing themselves in their careers. I look forward to being able to use this momentum to encourage my peers to get involved with IREM® and see how it can make a difference for them.”
“NAI Elliott is committed to the growth and professional development of our employees,” said Jordan Elliott, President of NAI Elliott. “It is a testament to Rawley’s hard work and dedication that he has achieved both the CPM® designation and has been included in the IREM® 30 under 30 list. We are fortunate to have his skills and expertise at our company.”
