Dylan Farwell serves as an assistant real estate manager on a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. He believes clear and consistent communication is central to thriving in a fast-paced environment. Dylan balances the needs of clients, tenants and vendors to ensure properties run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, Dylan was the sole property manager for a commercial property with 60+ tenants. In this position he was responsible for collecting rents, scheduling maintenance calls, organizing leases and other documentation, and bookkeeping. The breadth and depth of his experience in property management allows him to apply a holistic viewpoint to all the properties in his current portfolio. Dylan has a bachelor’s degree from Evergreen State College.
