Gary Litvin built an extensive client network in Chicago before joining NAI Elliott. He primarily represents retail tenants, including many large chains—both franchisees and corporate. He’s skilled at finding each tenant the absolute best location, and his experience, contacts, multi-market knowledge has built a portfolio of repeat clients. Early in Gary’s career he owned a chain of retail stores in Colorado; he moved to commercial real estate to put his on-the-ground knowledge to work for others. Working with national chains across multiple markets, Gary carries over success even while assessing and adjusting to a new market.
