2021 IREM® REME award finalist: AMO of the year

Standing toe-to-toe with the best in the world. We are honored to be a 2021 finalist for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) AMO of the year. Out of 489 Accredited Management Organizations, NAI Elliott has been recognized among the best. Jordan Elliott, Lou Elliott and Rawley Winstead share how being a part of organizations such as IREM® keeps us doing the best work for our clients.

IREM® consists of 20,000 members worldwide and we are one of just 3 AMO offices recognized this year. In a strong field of great organizations, we are particularly thankful to be recognized because we believe we have taken the fundamentals of great property management one step further during the pandemic.

NAI Elliott Real Estate Manager Rawley Winstead has been working with IREM® since he was in college and over the years, his involvement has grown. He’s now a VP of Communications for his local chapter and on the membership and credentialing committee for the global organization which helps uphold the standards that IREM® requires of its members.

NAI Elliott CEO Lou Elliott sees our involvement with IREM® as one of the ways we stay connected with our peers and up to date on best practices in real estate management. While one of our key competitive advantages is our personal approach, we also need to stay as proficient, sophisticated and capable as any commercial real estate company in the world. Our connection with organizations such as IREM® help us achieve that.
