Working at NAI Elliott: Support during the pandemic
Finding new and effective ways to support our Real Estate Managers during the pandemic allowed them to focus on giving tenants and clients the best support during a time when they needed it most. From equipment distribution to technology training, our operations team assured that every employee had what they needed to successfully work from home. With a wide array of technology prowess and home situations among our staff, we adapted and adjusted to make sure each person had what they needed.
Julie Fuhrman felt that this support gave her the confidence to provide the support her tenants and clients needed over the last 16 months. One of the ways Real Estate Managers at NAI Elliott were able to go above and beyond, was providing extra reports to our clients during the pandemic. These outlined their income streams including which tenants were paying and which were not. Providing these additional resources to our commercial real estate landlords was one of the best ways we were able to continue to assist and help them through an unprecedented time.
