Mike Larkin oversees strategic planning and analysis for more than 35 properties in the creative office and retail markets. With a belief in steady leadership, Mike helps his team articulate a holistic approach that balances long-range planning with everyday maintenance. Starting as an assistant property manager with NAI Elliott in 2003, Mike has learned the business from the ground up, which has helped him increase rental and occupancy rates for properties under his management. Before joining the company, Mike worked for several years at a creative services studio, where he honed his administrative and operations skills. Mike graduated from Whitworth University with a bachelor’s degree in history.
