Staying proactive and keeping our tenants safe during the pandemic

Communication, security and safety of our tenants has been a top priority throughout the past year. Our property managers worked early on to anticipate these needs and jump into action as soon as possible. Assistant property manager Kate Fitches shares how she stayed proactive throughout the pandemic to amp up these initiatives and make sure our tenants stayed up-to-date, safe and secure during an unprecedented time.

How do you anticipate tenants needs during an unprecedented year?

Property managers prioritized the security of the properties to make sure that our tenants felt safe and secure. They also amped up communication with tenants, to let them know what they were doing and what they could expect when they came to the properties. They put signage up in all the buildings as soon as possible so tenants knew their security and safety was our top priority. Additionally, Kate was able to move into a vacant space in one of our larger, centrally located, buildings Olympic Mills. This enabled her to communicate directly with tenants and be an on-site management presence throughout the year.
