Throughout the pandemic, our brokers are staying connected with their clients

Sometimes people just need someone to listen. Our brokers go beyond just the transaction especially in years like 2020 that have been filled with so much uncertainty. NAI Elliott brokers share how they stayed connected with their clients throughout the pandemic and what personal relationships mean to getting the deal done.

At NAI Elliott, our brokers continue their relationship with the client after the transaction is done. Justin Darling acted as a sounding board for a lot of his clients, especially during the springtime. Through state and federally mandated shutdowns he helped the owners of hair salons, restaurants and other small businesses navigate uncertain and ever-changing guidelines and mandates. Riley Henderson continued to reach out to his clients directly when they needed someone to listen to their concerns and how they were handling the uncertainties in their business. Rudy Puente credits the seeds he has been planting for years with his clients as the secret to his success. Personal relationships are everything. And Matt Bassist continued to help his clients by listening and learning what their needs were throughout the year. By taking the time and learning what they’re doing and where they’re going, he was able to figure out the best way to help them.

As the year comes to a close, the uncertainties will not go away but our brokers will continue to pick up the phone and stay connected to their clients because relationships mean more than business transactions.
