Vision & Values: We take things personally

Individual, hand-tailored treatment of our clients and their properties is paramount to what we do. NAI Elliott broker Rudy Puente brings a human approach to every interaction and shares how the company manifesto and in particular “We Take Things Personally” keep him doing his best work for each person regardless of their experience or inexperience in commercial real estate.

NAI Elliott’s leadership has created a roadmap to the quality that we can produce, we have produced and that we think about every day. The manifesto is a set of ethics that helps us do our best work.

One of the statements in that manifesto that resonates with Rudy is “We Take Things Personally.” Bringing human, personal and creative approaches to brokerage and management of real estate assets is our core principle. That means individual, hand tailored, hands-on treatment of our clients, their properties and their special situations.

Rudy has been practicing martial arts since 1984 and has a black belt. As a commercial broker, he brings that personal experience to every interaction with his clients. When he talks to someone, whether they have a history in commercial real estate or are new to the industry, the personal touch is always important. Rudy puts his own experience into every interaction and transaction whether that’s taking the time to explain something or meeting a client where they are.

Each person that reads through the manifesto will also have their own interpretation of the principles within. They will bring their own personal experience to it, of what it means to be a part of NAI Elliott and to project who we are in light of this set of ethics.
